Loud, outrageous punk rock.

If you do not like punk rock, do not listen to The Dwarves Invented Rock & Roll. The album is the band‰’s Burger Records debut. After years of hiatus, incredible amounts of drug abuse, and a reputation of terrorizing live shows the band has received recognition for many things good and bad. Fifteen band members later, the Dwarves are still releasing music. The 2014 album has a bit of a tongue-in-cheek “Sluts of the USA‰” is kind of a punk/ bubblegum pop combo. The seventeen song album contains both offensive and counter culture inspiring lyrics. The music is tight and full of poppy melodies and vocal harmonies. Under the stereotypical hardcore punk lyrics and messaging presented in The Dwarves Invented Rock & Roll there reveals a potential identity crisis on how serious the band wishes to be perceived. The only thing we can be sure of now is that we want to mosh.
